We like a quiet evening with books instead of a long list of battles. The pleasant flavor makes this supplement step agreeable. My little one takes her turn and picks a story. That smooth transition is what I like. I am not relying on the drops to make her sleepy. They simply fit our existing routine well! The mango-orange taste is a hit 📚.
So, I bought this because I wanted something natural to relax my son for bedtime since he likes fighting his sleep. I know a lot of people’s go to is melatonin, but magnesium is supposed to help with that too. I actually have been using a melatonin spray, but needed something else. I take magnesium for myself so I figured this would work for him. It does work really well at relaxing him and usually only takes a few minutes for him to fall asleep. It tastes pretty good, and my son likes taking it. I take it myself sometimes too. I will definitely continue purchasing
Great product overall. However, I did notice some clumping at the bottom of the solution, but I was able to mix them in easily using a chopstick, so it wasn’t a big issue.
Taste is really good, kinda tangy and fruity. My daughter loves it. She's not the best milk drinker so it helps her get a bit more calcium.
