Easy Evening Routine

I expected more resistance because my child is picky about supplements. He actually likes the taste and asks what flavor it is. The dropper makes the routine quick. We keep it as part of our normal wind-down rather than treating it like a sleep fix.

One of my kids likes the orange cream flavor more than the other. The dropper itself is easy for me to use. I have not noticed a clear difference in sleep, so I would not buy it expecting a guaranteed bedtime effect. For us, it is an average fit with a pleasant enough taste.
